The first ingredient in USANA's Fibergy Active are Fructooligosaccharides (FOS). They’re a mouthful to pronounce, but these short-chain fructose (sugar) molecules are small bits of soluble fibre that optimise the movement of food through your digestive tract. FOS occur naturally in many plants, and are a source of natural sweetness. And since they are an soluble fibre, they are low-glycaemic, which helps maintain healthy blood-sugar already within the normal range.

Sugarcane fibre is another insoluble addition to Fibergy Active. It is a tried-and-tested component of many fibre products. That’s because sugarcane fibre supports regularity, which allows you to digest comfortably.
