Introduction
If you have looked at the USANA HealthPak and wondered what is actually inside those little daily packets, this guide walks through it item by item — what each part covers, why the day is split into two packets, and which piece of the pack you cannot buy on its own.

If you are new to the underlying two-bottle system, the CellSentials beginner guide is the better starting point. This page assumes you already know roughly what CellSentials is and want to know what the HealthPak adds on top.
What HealthPak Is
HealthPak is a 28-day supply of core supplements packaged into daily packets — one packet in the morning, one at night. Instead of counting tablets out of several bottles each day, the daily dose is already sorted, which makes it easier to carry and easier to keep consistent when you are away from home.
What's in Each Packet
Every packet contains four things:
- Two Vita Antioxidant tablets
- Two Core Minerals tablets
- One MagneCal D tablet
- One CellSentials Booster
Those first two together are the USANA CellSentials: a broad range of vitamins and minerals, plus added phytonutrients and the InCelligence Complex. In the product materials this combination is described as the cornerstone of a daily supplement routine.
MagneCal D covers three nutrients many people fall short on — magnesium, calcium and vitamin D — with support for strong bones, muscle function and energy metabolism.
Why Morning and Evening
Splitting the day into two packets is about consistency across the day rather than a single large dose in the morning. It also removes the daily sorting step, which is usually the part that slips first when a routine gets busy.
The Part You Cannot Buy Separately
The CellSentials Booster is the piece that only comes with the HealthPak. It is formulated entirely with USANA InCelligence Technology, and every ingredient in it was selected for its effect on distinct cell-signaling pathways.
This is the practical difference between the HealthPak and assembling the same routine from individual bottles: the CellSentials and MagneCal D are available on their own, the Booster is not.
The Four Cell-Activating Ingredients
Olivol olive-fruit extract
USANA's own ingredient, drawn from olive fruit and from the by-products of olive-oil production. It contains phenolic compounds not found elsewhere in nature, bringing the benefits associated with the Mediterranean diet. Together with the InCelligence Complex it delivers a total of 50 mg per day.
Pterocarpus marsupium (containing pterostilbene)
From the heartwood and bark of the Indian Kino tree. Plants make compounds like these in response to stress, to protect themselves. The pterostilbene it contains is chemically similar to resveratrol but with significantly higher activity in the body. Each Booster tablet carries 50 mg of Pterocarpus marsupium, containing 5 mg of pterostilbene.
Alpha lipoic acid
A precursor to glutathione that also helps regenerate other antioxidants. Because it is both water- and fat-soluble, it works in cells and tissues throughout the body. Most foods contain very little of it; the Booster holds more than twice the amount found in the InCelligence Complex, for a total of 250 mg per day.
Quercetin
A plant flavonoid found in onions, grapes and apples, and a highly effective signaling compound that interacts with other nutrients. Both the Booster and the InCelligence Complex use quercetin dihydrate, the form with the best bioavailability, for a total of 180 mg per day.
How These Ingredients Are Described to Work
In the official materials, these ingredients act through cell-signaling pathways rather than as a single direct effect. Two are named specifically:
- Mitophagy — the process that breaks down and removes damaged mitochondria left behind after cells produce energy, which helps preserve the efficiency of cellular energy production.
- The cell's own antioxidants — the pathway that prompts cells to produce antioxidants such as glutathione and superoxide dismutase.
The Booster is also described as supporting a normal, healthy response to stress, and as targeting the pathway associated with regulating the cell's lifecycle.
How to Take It, and Who It's For
One packet in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with food. HealthPak is intended for generally healthy adults over 18.
Keep it out of reach of children, and check with your physician first if you are pregnant, nursing, taking a prescription drug, or have a medical condition.
